Treaty
Preamble
The Flock, henceforth referred to as "The Flock", and the Avatarian Protection and Prosperity Alliance, henceforth referred to as "APPA", through mutual friendship and affection, have decided to guide their relationship to the next natural level, and do hereby announce the establishment of the Flockian-APPA Treaty, also known as "The Clutch Accords".
Article 1: Sovereignty
The Flock recognises the rights of the nations of APPA to exist under separate governments with separate goals.
APPA recognises the rights of the nations of The Flock to exist under separate governments with separate goals.
At no time shall either alliance seek to impede the other through actions against sovereignty.
Article 2: Non-Aggression and Espionage
The Flock and APPA, being sovereign entities, do hereby agree that, under no circumstances, will either alliance engage in hostile actions against the other so long as this treaty remains active.
Neither alliance will engage in any action of espionage in regards to the other alliance, nor will either alliance engage in any action of a similar nature.
Should a dispute arise between either alliance, the respective governments of The Flock and APPA will meet to discuss an end to the dispute. Once resolved, if possible, both alliances shall be required to pay retributions in order to amend any damages incurred through the dispute.
Article 3: Mutual Defense
Should another alliance declare war and/or engage either The Flock or APPA in warfare, the other is required to come to the aid of the alliance being attacked.
In the event of another alliance and/or nation engaging The Flock in an act of war and/or aggression, APPA is hereby required to aid The Flock in any way deemed appropriate by the governments of The Flock and APPA.
In the event of another alliance and/or nation engaging APPA in an act of war and/or aggression, The Flock is hereby required to aid APPA in any way deemed appropriate by the governments of The Flock and APPA.
Article 4: Optional Aggression
In the event of The Flock and/or APPA engaging another nation and/or alliance without first being attacked, the other signatory is hereby under no obligation to assist the aggressor.
In the event of The Flock and/or APPA engaging another nation and/or alliance without first being attacked, the other signatory hereby reserves the right to offer assistance to the aggressor.
Article 5: Intelligence and Aid
The Flock and APPA do hereby agree to offer assistance in the form of economic support wherever necessary.

Article 6: Cancellation
If The Flock and/or APPA deem it necessary to cancel this treaty, a seventy-two (72) hour "grace period" whereon the treaty shall remain in effect shall go into effect after an official notice of cancellation has been submitted by the Cancellation party to allow the Remaining signatory adequate time to prepare their members.
